the ray gun is a bonus weapon so you can find it on any map the ppsh-41 is not a bonus weapon because you cant get it on all maps does not mean they never added the PPSH-41.

yeah having 8 perks but the 4 perk limit gave you a much harder choice on your perks, now with 6 perks its much easier choice, like die rise, jugg, speed, whos who and mule kick
